# 5) Viewing student grades

You can view students' progress and grades through the Admin area.

### Lab reports

Lab reports are visible by student, via the **Students** tab, or by activity, via the **Assignments** tab. In the list of lab reports, under the Practical Score column, click the link to pull up the lab report in a new browser tab.

### Gradebook

In the menu to the right of the sections list, click the **Grades**link to generate a gradebook for the currently selected section. Note that depending on the number of students and activities, this could take a minute or two to generate.
